I was mistakenly sent a promo notice that was only meant to go to IKON dealers. It gives a $1,500 Trade-up Bonus on 1055 and 1060 and a $2,500 Trade-up Bonus on 1075's EVEN ON DMAP PURCHASES LIKE GEM AND GSA. This promo does not appear on the "Ricoh Dealers" version of the announcement.

It only applies to competitive upgrades within IKON's base.

The point is, if you have been head-to-head against IKON anytime since April and wondered how IKON could afford to be so agressive, now you know.

So much for the "level playing field" Alan Neilson promised at Vision in Orlando.

The trade-up bonus that Ricoh gives us on the 1055 & 1060 is $600 for stand alone and $900 for connected if you are replacing competitive machines. The 1075 is $1,000 and $1,500 respectively for competative machines. You get a $1,200 trade-up for the 1075 only against Ricoh Base machines whether it's connectd or not. You're right, it doesn't sound fair. Who should we contact? Lori Grissom?
