Analysts at IDC have prepared a report for the fourth quarter of 2021 relating to the market for hard copy devices, i.e. printers, MFPs and copiers. According to their calculations, approximately 22.3 million devices of these categories were sold during the quarter. This is 17.6% less compared to the same period in 2020. In monetary terms, the market decreased by 12.3% to $9.7 billion. IDC specialists note that the supply continued to be adversely affected by restrictions in terms of production and logistics.
