HP Pagewide XL4200 shortcomings

Good afternoon.

Does anyone have good information on this device as far as disadvantages, shortcomings etc.

I am also interested in the service pricing side of this unit.

The HP dealer is proposing $150 per month that includes 5,000 sq. ft. and covers everything including ink, except paper. Can't figure this one out as it seems crazy to include ink.

Any help is much appreciated.
