Does anyone know how to get in touch with HP? We sell the product but our rep got fired several months ago and I have no clue who our rep is now? No one contacts us for anything. Anyone have a regional rep they could contact for me to figure out who handles NC/SC now? Or I can contact them if you want to send me the info.

No, I don’t mind sharing. Sometimes I’ve been told we are in the minority with how our experience has been. We were a SAMSUNG dealer and we did not want to commit to 50 machines a year with them, which I’ve been told is their minimum level. We have only been marginally impressed over the years with the SAMSUNG mfp line. We were one of their first dealers and also helped them sign on some other dealers the first few years.

We are predominantly canon and Konica in one office and the other is 100% sharp so we don’t really have the ability to add the HP line and commit to a strong number with them. We only have a one active account we are buying Samsung for and that is a city government bid we won a few years ago. Other than that we aren’t selling their product unless we absolutely have to do so.

The Samsung to HP transition has been a cluster.  Such a blown opportunity due to a flawed plan or no plan on HPs part to bring legacy Samsung dealers up to speed and make the transition smooth.  Supporting our existing Samsung devices in the field has been a challenge and getting set up in the HP program has been a nightmare.

Had HP done it right we'd probably have a good chunk of our showroom dedicated to HP and probably would have moved a lot of product by now.
