Has anyone had this occur?

client switches from HP to RICOH MFP, and uses MACROS in word, more specifically word 98. The Macro with the HP would automatically go to the correct paper drawer containg letterhead, and the RICOH will not. All though this is a very small gripe, it is something that is out there. People like to take the work out of things and look to our technology to do that; Wouldn't you agree.

I guess my questions is does anyone know if upgrading from a 270 to a 2035sp might help to eliminate these extra steps in printing to a specific paper drawer containing letterhead directly form the macro, or will they still have to do it manually in the driver. Thanks for your input.
