Has anyone tried to print on glossy business cards/ And what is the heavy stock that you have sucfcessfuly run through the machine?

90 lb index is the heaviest I have used. I have tried the NEW Hammermill 32lb gloss stock on this system, and it has performed ok with limited use.

In this case tho, it is not the thickness of the stock but the "glossy". If the "glossy" is a coating instead of "calandering", the coating comes off on the heat rollers and that section becomes history.
Just following up on the last point. Glossy paper by its nature is not purous. Therefore toner sits on top of the paper instead of being 'squeezed' in. Therefore it will be easy to rub the toner off.
If you increase fuser temperature to compensate then you bring new problems for all other media, and death to the fuser.
