I have a Synology DS213 with my DSM at "DSM 5.1-5022 Update 4".I had configured my CANON MX 340 wireless printer via Google Cloud Print, but now when I try to print using my Acer Chromebook C720, it just queues the jobs and nothing gets printed.I contacted the Synology support and they told me that my printer "Canon MX 340" is NOT supported.The strange thing is that when I set-up the Google-Cloud-Print using Synology DSM (External device-->Printer --> Google Cloud Print) a few months back, it was working fine and I was able to print from my Acer C720 Chromebook. However it stopped once I updated my DSM to more recent level. Don't know if the DSM update caused an issue or not. Nothing has changed as far as my google account or home network is concerned. Has anyone come across the issue like that and resolved it ? If so, will appreciate if someone can share their resolution.
