FUJIFILM North America Corporation, Graphic Systems Division  will showcase an impressive line-up of new and innovative wide format solutions to print industry experts at SGIA Expo 2018 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, booth #1119, October 18 – 20, 2018.

Making its North American debut will be Fujifilm’s all-new Acuity Ultra, a cost-effective high speed, superwide UV roll-to-roll press for the production of high-end interior graphics and outdoor signage. The Acuity Ultra Series is available in 126” (3.2 m) and 197” (5 m) versions, giving printers the power to profit from interior and exterior applications where high-impact, near photographic quality is required.

With a 3.5 pl drop size, the Acuity Ultra is ideal for the indoor display market, especially for luxury brands, with the quality comparable with litho and leading water-based ink systems. With its massive format size, multi-roll potential and impressive speed, Acuity Ultra gives you the ability to profitably create exhibition graphics, point-of-purchase displays, high-value graphic art, indoor backlit displays and more.

“I’m eager for the North American debut of the Acuity Ultra at SGIA this year,” said Becky McConnell, product marketing manager, Onset Series, FUJIFILM North America Corporation, Graphic Systems Division. “Fujifilm has long been known for reliability and outstanding quality, and with regard to the Acuity Ultra, this grand format printer will definitely make an impression on the show floor.”

Additionally in Fujifilm’s 5,000 square foot ‘Win even more work’ themed booth, attendees will experience:

The SpyderX, a UV wide format press, designed and manufactured by Inca Digital. The robust 126” (3.2 m) wide, six-color + white SpyderX is available as either flatbed or a combination flatbed/roll-to-roll system model for handling rigid and flexible substrates. This powerful and versatile printer is capable of producing a wide variety of output at high speeds up to 2,476 square feet per hour (230 m²/hr).

The B1 (27.8” x 39.4”) format OnsetM inkjet press from Inca and Fujifilm, specifically developed to offer a high quality, short run solution for sign and display, commercial and industrial print applications. With print speeds that enable production of 200 boards per hour and remarkable quality achieved with a 7pl drop, this printer delivers short run jobs, cost effectively, in a very popular format size.

The Acuity LED 1600R is the latest addition to Fujifilm’s popular Acuity Series, offering customers a flexible, lower cost alternative to the successful Acuity LED 1600 II hybrid press that has recently surpassed more than 1,000 global installs. Featuring Q-Class printheads from FUJIFILM Dimatix, the Acuity LED 1600R is a 64 inch (1.6 m) dedicated roll-to-roll press, offering four color channels, with the option of a modular upgrade in the field up to seven colors. It features a high density mode capable of handling heat-sensitive roll media while printing stunning, vibrant displays – making it suitable for backlit and window applications. Like the Acuity LED 1600 II, it offers excellent productivity of up to 355 square feet per hour.

The Acuity Select 20 Series, features up to eight color channels including options to run white, varnish and now light inks making it an affordable solution for a number of creative print applications. The versatility of printing high quality, 1200 dpi or greater graphics on rigid, flexible and even roll media gives printers new, additional opportunities to expand their print capabilities and ultimately their business. In addition to the standard CMYK ink set, the Acuity Select offers unprecedented color control.
