I don't agree that Fujifilm is directly targeting Xerox. Honestly, that wouldn't make sense going head-to-head with a company that sources hardware from you. I expect that Fujifilm is looking for net new revenue opportunities in a new regional market and likely looking for gaps where they may be able to gain some traction with new European partners. Ultimately, I think it's just about making more $$$, but with the market so saturated with OEMs, I'm not sure how successful Fujifilm will be.
