- Document Solutions division (MFPs, PPS, printers) reported net revenue down 14.3% to 617.8 billion yen
- Operating income down 42.6% to 46.2 billion yen
- production-printer business sales declined year-over-year
- sales of solutions that support work-from-home increased
- For the third quarter reported revenue down 3.4% to 576 billion yen
- operating income up 74% to 64.0 billion yen
- net income down 1.1% to 58.9 billion yen
