The Free Black with Any Colour promotion applies to the entire Ricoh Network Colour Printer range and achieves the following savings:

- The promotion commences October 20th and finishes December 7th, 2003.
- Toner redemption forms must be received by Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd by close of business December 12th, 2003. (See your account manager)
- Offer based on average users requirement (tabled below) with a black toner yield at 5% coverage.
- The calculated Toner cartridges required for 12 months constitutes the entire offer. Whilst most customers will receive sufficient toner cartridges to provide at least 12 months usage, customers with a high usage and/or toner coverage may receive less than 12 months.
- Toner will be shipped within 4 weeks of Ricoh Australia receiving the redemption card. There may be part shipment of toner for some products.
