Faxing multiple jobs at once

Wow, never heard that one.  Might be a "right fax" thing. However I tend to think there has to be a separator page in between docs.

I don't know if either of you deal a lot with RightFax but  they don't seem very interested in working with Copier Dealers IMHO. We have had a much better relationship with Biscom. I can put you in touch with them if you wish. Just let me know.

Vince, I have not dealt with them at all. Do you know of any systems that do this out of the box? This was a very quick and sudden move from the customer. He emailed and said he was going a different direction because of that, and now of course he won't answer calls or emails and his staff says they don't know anything about it, about an hour after being in our office looking at machines. Whatever we figure out, at least it can be a learning experience and will end up as a lost 2500.00 sale and not a 25k sale and we can do something differnet in the future.

I know with the scan function you can "broadcast" an email to several locations at once just by pressing multiple destinations before hitting start. Does anyone know if that can be done with the fax function? with up to three analog lines going out of a single box, you come pretty close to the requested solution.

My understanding of RightFax is that there are 3-4 selected vendors of RightFax and then there is OpenText who owns the software. In our venacular, OpenText would be the Direct and the vendors would compare to us as dealers. HMB is the vendor we have used and have always gotten great response. According to HMB, OpenText has to quote retail prices.
