Virginia Beach-based Endurance IT Services has acquired a division of a Chesapeake-based information technology firm, growing its Hampton Roads client base and expertise.
Cetan Corp., founded in 2007, and Endurance, founded in 2008, grew through the recession. Both had been recognized as fast-growing companies by Inc. magazine.
Endurance acquired Cetan’s managed services division, as it aligned with one of Endurance’s core business segments, Endurance founder and President Blake White said.
Cetan will continue to offer enterprise digital business automation and output management to large clients. The acquisition price was not disclosed. more here
