Under this new offering, EmeraldCube assumes responsibility for proactively monitoring and supporting OBIEE for a fixed monthly fee. The components of the plan include SLA based support, routine maintenance activities, real-time server monitoring through EmeraldPrism, and on-demand hours that can be personalized by company need. In addition, unique usage tracking reports, a mobile app, one-on-one status meetings and help desk portals provide unprecedented monitoring service and support. "By extending our JDE Managed Services model into this space, we are bringing to market many proven best practices and introducing a team which provides the best proactive customer support and industry knowledge available," said Kelly.
The initial offering will include two subscription plan levels, Sapphire and Emerald. "We want to provide our clients with options so that they can run their businesses more efficiently while effectively managing budgets."
