I'm hoping we can answer this for one of our members that sent me an email.

"We work with a large medical group that is opening 4 locations in 60 days.  Each location needs a 45ppm A3 device (color).  I can land this deal if we can deliver on 3/1, otherwise I need to pass and let them know so they can use someone else.

Typically we would be ordered them Konica Minolta equipment off of the Premier Healthcare GPO pricelist which is very aggressive.  We currently have no A3 color in stock that fits what we need with no ETA in sight.

We are working on adding XYZ to our line of equipment however there’s no guaranty our partnership will be ready in time for this deal.

We value working with this group and we currently handle all of their copiers throughout the country in over 200 locations so we really don’t want them to be doing business with other people.

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated."
