I have a question for anyone who can help. (time to step up to the plate Art & Pete) I just installed (2) Aficio 551's with EB-70 Controllers. The client is a law firm that has approximately 25 users. They are using Novell 4.12 and have Windows 95, 98, & 2000. They were able to load the drivers successfully on the Server and on some of the Station PC's. However, some PC's are having problems. They will see the printer, but not the accessories. They cannot even find an accessories tab in the setup on these computers. When they print to the PC's that only see the printer (no accessories), the job takes a long time, and sometimes doesn't print at all. We have talked to our Regional Presales person from Ricoh who sent the client "Drivers that would correct the problem" (right). We have even gone through the help desk. (no help there). Anyone have any suggestions?

Funny how Novell rears it's ugly head every once in a while. Jason is pretty slick on the Novell side. When he checks in I'm sure he'll have some sage words of advice.
You could try setting it up for Windows (SMB) printing and having the clients print directly to the machine (\\fiery name\print). You'll need to access the Fiery through the web browser, look under the Service 2 tab and then you'll see enable Windows Printing. Give it a unique server name, put it in the the correct domain and you should be ready to go.
