Everyone stay safe and get out of harms way for this so called "storm of the century". I'm hoping it's not as bad as they say, however we should over prepare.

If this is anything similar to last years Irene I was out of power for almost 5 day. I'm hoping that some p4p'ers in the unafflicated areas of the country could pick up the slack with posting press releases for me.

We faired pretty well in NH, just lost power for 6 hours, but our wood stove kept us warm. My old neighborhood (Gerritsen Beach) Brooklyn was devastated. My brother and my friend tell me that they each had 6 feet+ water in their basements. They say the whole neighborhood is under water. My brother had to wade through chest deep water just to make it home from work.
Keep them in your prayers, it will be a while before they return to normal.
