In my latest installation, I have had and error message occur that I have not seen before and Ricoh's Tech support doesn't seem to have any answers. Has anyone else seen this error and have you found a solution?

Here is the scenario, when creating a job in "plot client" if we are including a "DWG" file as part of the job when it gets to plotbase I get the following error message;
Set splitting was stopped due to an error code is: Job was canceled due to

Any feedback would be appreciated.
The customer is using Autocad 2004 and we do have all of the rsp files loaded.

Are you inserting the DWG file directly into Plotclient WIN and then adding other files types or are you submitting the request from Autocad? I am not aware of being able to drop a DWB file directly into Plotclient WIN. I would think that you could submit the print request from Autocad, have the desktop automatically open Plotclient WIN and drop the DWG's in to the job. Then from Plotclient WIN, I would think you could add other file types and send all to print. Let me know how the job is being sent.
In addition to printing DWG's from AutoCAD, native DWG files are supported as part of a job set using Plotclient WIN. A full seat of AutoCAD installed on the Plotbase Server is required to support the Plotclient WIN workflow.

As Bandit41076 points out, you can also get more info by right clicking on the job in the history line. Make sure your AutoCAD version that's loaded on the Server is as least as recent as the DWG file creation version.
