You might want to consider comparing them to Okidata's program. They are really going after BTA channel distribution and have some great programs making it easy i.e. no parts inventory, everything can be overnighted at their expense, 30-day free no-obligation trials for any prospect, Unique model numbers from retail distribution making it impossible to buy the BTA model off the internet, uniquely keyed supplies to make it difficult to buy supplies from anyone but you, no service training requirements, 1 year warranty with optional inexpensive 2nd and 3rd year.

Can't compare them to Hitachi at all but it might be worth looking into Okidata if for no other reason but to make Hitachi compete hard to get your business.
