When emailing files to the Document Mall, unless I am understanding it wrong, it's stated that by adding a .1.2 or .3 that the emailed file will be converted to a pdf.

Am I missing something here, I have tried with no success.

About TIFF to PDF Conversion
The TIFF to PDF Conversion service allows you to create PDF files OCR documents or renditions from TIFF images. Services run as a Windows NT service. When documents are selected for conversion, a period of up to 15 minutes lapses before the conversion takes place.

To Convert a TIFF image to PDF format:

1. Select the TIFF document by clicking the associated checkbox.

2. Click the Services button on the toolbar.

3. Select desired conversion by highlighting the option and clicking the right > arrow.

4. Click Save (the conversion process will take several minutes to perform).

Services History appears at the bottom of the screen indicating the conversion status.

When any user is set up in Doc Mall, they are set up with a default cabinet for storage that they can write to.

My question: Is there anyway to not let the user have a default mailbox?

Here is the reason for not wanting a user cabinet. Doc Mall can be set to replace "fax on demand" systems. We send all of the documents to the cabinet and set folders (all of the documents are stored in a pdf format). We then give one user name along with passcode in every box that we sell, the customer (who bought the product) can then go to Doc Mall and download the docs that they need, however when the one user name now has a cabinet on Doc Mall by default (which can be written to). Any user can then write to the cabinet at anytime.

Can we change this so there is no default user cabinet?????

Please respond asap!
