BMI Imaging Systems, a leading provider of California document management solutions for educational institutions, announced today that it will be attending the California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO) Conference in April.

CASBO is a nonprofit organization made up of thousands of school business leaders. It is the source for professional development in all California K-14 business disciplines. Members stay current on school news, attend training and certification classes and advocate on behalf of California’s K-14 school systems. The CASBO Annual Conference is the single largest gathering of California school business officials.

BMI Imaging will be demonstrating document management solutions that help educational institutions digitally convert their paper and microfilm records. Example record types include transcripts, student records, admissions, school board minutes, student billing and HR records.

BMI will also be demonstrating two of its unique microfilm scanning solutions, Digital ReeL and the ScanPro 3000. Digital ReeL is a microfilm scanning solution for schools that creates a digital replica of microfilm, presenting users an online viewer that looks like a reader. Global text-search and adjustable grayscale image enhancement unlocks the full potential of student records. ScanPro 3000 is a microfilm scanner available to California educational institutions. The ScanPro 3000 brings Ultra High Definition scanning to microfilm, allowing users to create high-quality archival digital images from all forms of microfilm.

BMI Imaging regularly works with K-12, school districts, junior colleges, trade schools and universities to empower schools to become more efficient, make better informed decisions and focus more resources on student achievement.
