Can't believe the customer got me on this one, said they had been getting pricing on similar units. They mentioned the Xerox 425, Sharp 277 and the iR2200. Xerox was so low it was a crime! However, I did not realize that this unit was introduced in Sept of 2001!!!! When I saw the picture, I thought...."gee am I dumb"! Well for the heck of it I put together an excel spreadsheet for the good, the bad and the ugly on all three of these products.

Please download and add any ideas or other systems that we compete against. repost it and then we all can tweak each one, by the time we're finsihed we'll have an awesome spreadsheet to show potential clients and the power of the P4PHotel.

By the way the Xerox 425 was re-introduced in December 03, with a beefier printer processor and some memory.
