With the launch of the new H-8308p, Datamax-O'Neil started to implement MPS software like the offering from Print Audit that is compatible with PCL printers. The comprehensive software suite not only enables enterprises to remotely manage their print fleets but also provides a set of tools, which supports them to monitor and control the print behaviour of their employees.

"We are pleased to have a strong partner like Print Audit on our site", says Christian Bischoff, Regional General Manager EMEA at Datamax-O’Neil. "In the past, MPS was only used by office equipment dealers. We are the first company in our segment to apply this kind of software in combination with our thermal printing solutions. It helps us to offer our channel partners and end customers even better solutions enabling them to further optimise productivity and keep total control over their costs."
The MPS software from Print Audit includes functionalities such as user and workflow analysis, secure release printing as well as label tracking directly from the panel of the printer. Thanks to the MPS compatibility of Datamax-O'Neil printers like the recently launched H-8308p and the Performance Series as well as the SaaS offering from Print Audit, Datamax-O'Neil partners can provide end customers with the full suite of MPS solutions via Internet. The end customer only pays for the actual duration and frequency of use without having to buy the licence for the software and having to concern themselves with administration, updates etc.
