  • Assured Imaging of Tucson, AZ notified an unknown number of patients that that PHI was exposed after ransomware attack.
  • Goldberg Segalla Law Firm of Buffalo, NY, which is defending Major Model Management (NYC) for a breach related lawsuit, accidentally exposed information illegally during the court case.
  • Carlos Lopez & Associates of Lincoln, Maine notified an unknown number of current and former employees that their info was exposed after it was accidentally emailed to wrong destination.
  • Marrietta School District of Ohio notified an unknown number of students that their info was exposed after email phishing attack.
  • Eastern Han**** School District of Indiana notified an unknown number of students that their info was exposed after ransomware attack.

  • Hartsville, SC-based CareSouth Carolina has notified 76,035 patients that some of their protected health information has potentially been compromised in a ransomware attack on its IT vendor, Netgain Technologies.
