  • Compton and Broomhead Dental Center in Indiana (C&B Dental Center) notified an unknown number of patients that their PHI was exposed after ransomware attack
  • Phoenix, AZ police are investigating who dumped a large box of paper medical records in an alley near 24th Street and Cactus Road.
  • Jefferson Surgical Clinic of Virginia notified 174,769 patients that their PHI was exposed after data breach.

  • Adirondack Health of New York notified 4,000 patients that their PHI may have been exposed after mailing error.
  • Broward Health of Florida notified an unknown number of patients that their PHI may have been exposed after ransomware attack.
