I could not find the recent thread on the leasing companies. We use Great America primarily and Leaf for everything else. Leaf seems less than interested in doing business right now and wants a personal guaranty for every deal it seems, even if they have been in good standing for their past leases. Leaf used to take the bad deals as well which they are not doing anymore.

I need a secondary partner that is not going to give me a bunch of bull **** every time I try to send them a deal here and there and one that is ok being secondary. Element/Coactiv used to be great about being ok as a secondary but since they are gone I haven't found that great secondary partner.

We're using US Bank/Great America and all is well. Some Wells here and there when needed

I use Leaf but agree that they aren’t the easiest to deal with lately. I’ve been using Marlin for more and more.
