I would like to know everyone's preference for CRM Software. I will be looking at it for an enterprize-wide, network database type of solution. I'm also thinking that something designed for our industry would probably have advantages over ACT or Goldmine and the like but would like to hear others thoughts.

Ricoh U is now advocating the use in the Sales Mgt class of Salesforce.com

We are setting up ACT as we speak but are having problem from OMD getting data over

Jim,
You may want to take a look a Falcon's Soaring.
Not the bird.
We use it and it is very powerful. The main thing is getting your reps to use it every day.

Soaring is a good one. Plays very well with OMD and very very stable and can be accessed remotely.
