The board accepted a bid from Ricoh Business Solutions to lease copy machines to the district. Plymouth will be returning the Cascade machine and replacing five others. The lease, which will cost $17,427 for the 2010-11 school year, is $3,000 less than the current year’s lease.
Ricoh’s bid, the second-lowest of seven received, is in line with state of Wisconsin contracted prices. Ricoh provides for local repair service providers and received good recommendations from neighboring educational institutions and governments.
