Michael Bone was added to the CompassMSP management team as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in January 2020. In this position, he is responsible for managing all marketing, sales, and channel relationships and driving further organic growth. For the past 25 years, Bone has held leading sales and marketing positions in the IT services and software industries. He has a strong background in creating value for clients through solutions and consultative selling methodologies, developing professional sales organizations and strong partner relationships, and building long-term relationships with his clients. Prior to CompassMSP, Bone served in several leadership roles including CRO at ESW Capital, leading global sales at CyberLinkASP, and a Senior Consultant role at Huthwaite, the creators of “SPIN” solution selling.
Jesse Sanders was added to the management team as CompassMSP’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in November 2019. In this position, he is responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting, finance and human resources operations of the business to help CompassMSP expand services for its clients, enhance organic growth, and continue the company’s acquisition activity.

Previously he worked in senior finance and operating roles for several private equity-backed companies and started his career at Bain & Company.
