Canon iR 1025 - Still Active?

Still a current model(s).  Additionally, I've heard no rumors from Canon that the device will be updated anytime soon.

Are dealers still having success with this line?

This prodcut has been in the lineup for 8 or 10 years with very little change with the exception of the actual model number.  You ask "are dealers having success"... we are.  Are there sexier devices in the same segment?  Yes.  However, the 1025 is a tank in terms of reliability and profitability.  In the year 2014, we placed 391 units. Quite a few of those units(iF model) were sold as high volume facsimile units in the healthcare vertical.

We haven't placed a lot of them but the ones we have placed have been fine. as mentioned if the customer can get over the fact that it is not one of the "sexier" looking systems it will work well. I'm amazed at how often customers get caught up on how a machine looks; color of device, panel, etc.
