Very helpful - I have a few bonus questions:

Was this a free upgrade, or did it involve costs for the customer?

And wasn't the upgrade from gen ll to gen lll also a hardware upgrade?

Was both upgrades made by the customer?

And finally, what features was added?

And as I understand it, the 2nd edition is another way of saying Gen lll

I know it is a lot of questions, I would highly appreciate you help

The upgrade is strictly for soft features introduced in later gens such as the hot folders, job history on the side of the home screen, security features such as SIEM integration, etc.  The hardware wouldn't be upgraded such as the op panel or larger doc feeder when it moved from the C3525i to DX C3725i.

It should be a firmware available to techs on e-support?
