Since being founded as Cabinet NG in 1999, the company has helped clients successfully make the transition to centralized document management, allowing them to operate in multiple locations, support remote workers, meet compliance requirements, reclaim office space and solve a wide range of business problems. The name change is simple, effective and more accurately reflects Cabinet's expertise in document management, workflow and content sharing solutions.

In addition to simplifying the company's name, Cabinet has revamped its website, making it more user-friendly and easier to navigate. Since a paperless solution is green, in both senses of the word (saving the environment and money), the site's color scheme has been changed from red to green.
