NORWALK, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 18, 2014--

With Wall Street as its backdrop, Xerox (NYSE:XRX) will host more than 800 customers and thought leaders for a fast-paced event designed to examine how executives can better tackle the choices they face daily to be more productive while growing their business.

simple@work will address these issues as well as other opportunities and pain points so executives can better manage work and business processes that are necessary but not core to their business. To help attendees think outside of their comfort zone, futurist Anders Sorman-Nilsson, founder and creative director, Thinque, and Sir Ken Robinson, internationally acclaimed expert on creativity and innovation, will both serve as keynote speakers.

As the name claims, simple@work will emphasize a focus on business process simplicity to offer decision makers a competitive advantage in light of the daily work challenges they face. Sessions will explore how to simplify processes related to financial services, healthcare, customer care, insurance and outsource management.

"It's a conference on speed dial," said HervÉ Tessler, president, Corporate Operations, Xerox. "Executives want information they can use at their fingertips and simple@work will do that in an unprecedented way. As we engage with customers on their terms, events like this provide an important and relevant connection point for our attendees and for us."

Drawing on the power of the financial district, Xerox selected the New York landmark Cipriani Wall Street, which was once the original Merchants Exchange. This unique, historic setting underscores just how far the complex world of trade has come. Attendees will be transported back in time in the Billiards Room, the Vault, the Barbershop and the Library.

Within simple@work are a number of additional events, including the Forbes-C Suite with publishing executive and businessman Steve Forbes speaking about "Driving Growth in a Complex World." During the Celebrate Simple Gala Event, Xerox's corporate alliances Cirque du Soleil and Disney Theatrical Group will perform; tennis legend Chris Evert will make a special appearance for the WTA.
