BTA’s ProFinance 3.0 to Be Held March 10-11

Space is limited for this workshop; register today to reserve your spot
Kansas City, MO — On March 10-11, the Business Technology Association (BTA)
will host its ProFinance 3.0 workshop at BTA member dealership Hendrix Business Systems in Matthews, North Carolina, a Charlotte suburb. Due to COVID-19 social distancing requirements, space is limited. Registrants are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, so register today to reserve your spot.

Over the last 19 years, the principles taught in this workshop have dramatically
improved the performance of hundreds of dealerships. ProFinance 3.0 has evolved to adapt to industry changes and has incorporated those changes into the new industry model. The model consists of more than 30 key benchmarks, including those for MPS, and has helped dealerships achieve double-digit operating income.

John Hey and Todd Johnson of Strategic Business Associates lead the workshop. They will share their knowledge from more than 25 years of building some of the largest dealerships in North America and their experience advising many of the most successful companies in the industry.

The hands-on training provides practical ideas that can be put into action
immediately. It will give attendees a competitive edge that is vital in today’s market place through proven sales and service plans, effective management bonus programs and critical organizational strategies.

ProFinance 3.0 is one of BTA’s longest-running educational workshops and has
received many positive reviews through the years. Among the comments from recent attendees:
 “Great course. I learned so much. I also feel like I can bring this information
back home and put it into practice. I now have the financial benchmarking
tools so I can actually know how well we are doing. I also feel like we can
better diagnose problems.” — Steve Cowie, Terrell’s Office Machines,
Bozeman, Montana
 “This was a great dive into the importance of aligning your revenue and cost,
and tracking and adjusting quarterly.” — Jessica Clemons, Advanced Imaging
Solutions (AIS), North Las Vegas, Nevada
 “This was my second time to the class and it was a great refresher course on
many topics, and a reminder to focus on other things to grow. Without this
class, it is difficult to define what ‘good’ is in all aspects of the imaging
business.” — Erik Skadberg, CPI Business Solutions, Lafayette, Indiana
