Bilingual Software Support Analyst (English Spanish)

DocuWare Corporation is currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Software Support Analyst to join our team in New Windsor, NY.

DocuWare Corporation is seeking a smart, innovative, and energetic individual to join our team of software support professionals. We have a position available for a Bilingual Software Support Analyst. This position will be based in DocuWare's New Windsor, NY Office. This is a great position for someone looking to start a career in the software industry or for someone with an established software support background. It is imperative that the ideal candidate be fluent in both English and Spanish!

About Us:

DocuWare is an established software company with over a 28-year history of leading the document management industry.

Job Summary:

Our software support team works with our DocuWare network of authorized resellers and customers, providing all levels of support. This bilingual role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service in English and Spanish along with technical expertise with the DocuWare product suite. Support is performed through fielding customer telephone calls, and/or addressing service requests submitted through our support portal or via email. The successful candidate will work within a team structure to provide timely and quality service to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming customer support cases within established time frames
  • Answering general customer queries
  • Reproducing and testing problems reported by customers
  • Provide and/or research a proper solution to the submitted support case
  • Recording of all aspects of a support case in the CRM
  • Provide excellent communication and follow-up with customers to ensure a positive customer relationship
  • Documenting bugs and features
  • Any other duties as requested by management

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or higher majoring in a related field
  • 2 - 3 years of related experience supporting software products in a customer service environment

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent oral and written skills in both English and Spanish
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop operating systems including Windows 7, 8, and 10
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems including Server 2008 and 2012
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Internet Information Server
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle and advantage
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and/or supporting 3rd party software
