Question:

Has anyone heard or know how to back up the files in document server. Currently, the customer has a Ricoh 1035-P with know scan option. The customer, manually scanned 200 documents. Just recently, the hard drive of the copier crashed and had to be formatted. All the data was lost. Can anyone help.

Answer:
Document can be pulled from the Document Server using Desktop Binder into a Folder, then saved to the computer hard drive.
