AUXILIO, Inc. (AUXO.OB), the health care industry’s leader in Managed Print Services (MPS), was honored with a 2012 MPSA Leadership Award by the Managed Print Services Association (MPSA) at the TRANSFORM 2012 Conference, held May 24 – 25, in Orlando, FL. This is the second year in a row that AUXILIO was recognized by its peers as a leader in the MPS industry for “strategic creativity and operational excellence” for the company’s delivery of document production and process management, solutions and savings for its customers.

“It is an honor to receive this award for the second year in a row and be recognized for our commitment to delivering transformative business solutions, millions of dollars in savings and best practice efficiencies for many of the nation’s leading hospitals and health care organizations,” said Joseph J. Flynn, President & CEO of AUXILIO. “This prestigious award is dedicated to all of our hard working employees, particularly our on-site hospital resident teams, who are very deserving of this recognition.”

The 2012 MPSA Leadership Award was awarded to only six companies across the globe by the organization’s selection committee, comprised of members of its Board of Directors, to companies demonstrating “MPS best practices, operational fit, flexibility and growth, as well as business benefits and ROI.” AUXILIO was recognized as a leader in the ‘Independent Managed Print Services Provider’ category. It is the only vendor neutral MPS company in the U.S. that works exclusively in hospitals and health care systems.

“The selection process showed the high level of customer service and best practice, as companies look for innovative ways to help customers reap the full value of MPS. Clearly, the MPS customer is the ultimate beneficiary of the best practices represented by these winners,” said Chair of the Awards Committee and Board Member Robert Newry.

The 2012 MPSA Leadership Award follows AUXILIO’s recent recognition in March as a “true pioneer” in the MPS industry for its work in hospitals that has been proven to substantially drive costs down by reducing print volume and optimizing business and operational efficiencies. In addition, AUXILIO was recently cited by the global independent research firm, Quocirca, as a “best-of-breed” independent document management service provider for its “risk-free model, with no upfront costs and advanced skill and knowledge of EMR readiness strategies for health care” organizations seeking best practices to control costs and manage existing hardware and software investments.
