AUXILIO Expands Managed Print Services Contract with New York’s Saint Joseph’s Medical Center of Yonkers

Mission Viejo, CA – April 25, 2011 – AUXILIO, Inc. (AUXO.OB), the pioneer in Managed Print Services (MPS) for the health care industry, today announced the expansion of its MPS agreement with New York’s Saint Joseph’s Medical Center (SJMC) of Yonkers to include its St. Vincent’s Division, a network of 21 medical facilities, a hospital and other administrative affiliates in Metropolitan New York. The original contract with SJMC was signed in October 2010 as part of the marketing alliance between AUXILIO and Sodexo, a global leader in Quality of Life Solutions.

“The expanded agreement with SJMC demonstrates both the confidence SJMC has in AUXILIO’s industry-leading MPS program and our success at building out AUXILIO’s industry footprint,” said Joseph J. Flynn, president and chief executive officer of AUXILIO. “Our full-time, on-site team understands the culture and needs of the health system and will continue to provide exceptional expert services and solutions across the enterprise to meet the strategic needs of SJMC and its St. Vincent’s Division. Looking ahead, we intend to leverage our strategic partnerships, organic sales efforts, our unique vendor neutral MPS solution and our proprietary industry benchmark data to further penetrate the marketplace.”

In the past 18 months, AUXILIO’s unique health care exclusive and vendor neutral MPS business model has positioned the company to achieve significant growth across the country. Most recently, AUXILIO announced a five-year renewal agreement with Saint Barnabas Health Care System (SBHCS) in New Jersey. With the SJMC expanded service agreement, the company widens its footprint in the New York metropolitan market.

As the only MPS company in the United States exclusively serving hospitals and health care systems that does not sell print devices or software, AUXILIO provides its patient care customers a distinct advantage of partnering with an MPS company with the focus, experience and knowledge of the culture, nuances and specific needs required in a hospital’s print environment, and enables it to work with the widest range of print-related equipment vendors to ensure optimal solutions and highest performance at maximized savings.
