MISSION VIEJO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--September 03, 2013--

AUXILIO, Inc. (OTCBB:AUXO), the nation's pioneer and leading Managed Print Services (MPS) company for health care, today announced a five-year contract with Sutter Health East Bay Region that adds to its business partnership with Sutter Health's network of hospitals and deepens its penetration in California's health care industry. The contract with the Sutter Health East Bay Region includes Alta Bates Summit Medical Center, Eden Medical Center, Sutter Delta Medical Center, and the Sutter East Bay Medical Foundation.

In 2005, AUXILIO first implemented its MPS program in California Pacific Medical Center; later adding the remainder of the hospitals affiliated with the Sutter Health West Bay Region in 2010. This new contract with Sutter Health East Bay expands AUXILIO's footprint in the Sutter Health network of affiliates and now includes seven hospitals and two medical foundations, representing over 2,000 beds and more than 17,000 employees. All of the hospitals serve the communities in northern California.

"Sutter Health is among the country's most prestigious network of hospitals and hospital systems. We are delighted to have earned the confidence of this large health care organization with proven results in driving down costs for Sutter Health West Bay over the years," said Joseph J. Flynn, President and CEO of AUXILIO. "We are truly honored to expand our program into Sutter Health East Bay and will work hard to reduce costs and create long-term, sustainable volume reduction initiatives while optimizing print workflow processes and improving end-user satisfaction."

AUXILIO is the only vendor neutral, health care exclusive MPS company in the US. The company is at the forefront of providing specialized knowledge of hospital print environments that ensures cost reduction through continuous process improvements and operational efficiency. AUXILIO's MPS business model includes placing full time, on-site teams of print services experts to build sustainable print programs to reduce volume and to manage print-related assets and expenses. Once contracted for MPS services, the company assumes all expenses related to the production of documents in hospitals, including services, supplies, equipment, legacy service agreements, parts, finance charges and labor. AUXILIO manages over 1.6 billion documents per year and more than 50,000 devices from multiple manufacturers and serves over 250,000 caregivers from coast to coast.
