Yes, we have it via PCSM...Printer Cost and Security Manager from Equitrac. The software collects the data from multiple units and then will send the compiled data in an email at prescribed times. With the new imbedded Gware software, you don't even need an external box and the whole operation can be transparent to the end user. They have to want it pretty bad though...especially if they have no interest in the user tracking and billing aspects of PCSM. The imbedded software is $695/unit plus the cost of the PCSM software.

The dedicated Ricoh Rep with Equitrac is Vince Hanson Cell# (321) 662-4895.
What about Web Smartnet Monitor or the Plugin for Web-jet Admin? I know you can get meter reads on anything that is touching the network, but I'm not sure if you can automate an email report. It would be awesome if that capability existed. Can anyone confirm this on either of these utility packages?

As far as PCSM goes - be very careful with how you present this tracking software package. Be sure to "set the table" appropriately and keep customer expectations low as far as its capabilities. I speak from experience when I say this software has the potential to be disastrous if you present it as the cure-all for page tracking. I will say that I think it is probably the most robust available, but accuracy of actual output is something to keep on top of after you implement.

I have been having a lot of discussions with Ricoh on this very subject for many months now. As you know all the information is in the systems, and essentially the method of retrival and sending is also there, but without PCSM there is no current method of achieving this I understand.
The good news is that Ricoh do seem to have recognised that this could have a tremendous impact on everybodies meter clicks as it could also picj up all pages going through on copy, scan, fax & print.
They do actually seem to have taken to this idea, at least at UK,European and Middle East technical levels and I am led to believe that they have escalated it to Ricoh Japan with a request to "fast-track" it.
Not immediately good news for you I suspect but as long as you dont hold your breath then you may see an answer in our lifetimes.
You'll probably get it before us anyway!
