We started auto toner fulfillment for our service agreement customers using print audit to send us low toner alerts. Have had mixed success so far. Interested to see what other experiences are. Have you decided not to do auto toner fulfillment, have you tried it and quit, are you consistently using with good results. Interested in any feedback anyone has.

We have auto toner fulfillment via 3rd party software. Essentially the software sends an email alert to our supplies department when a customer's machine requires toner. Have true automated toner fulfillment was unsuccessful because toner was shipping out like crazy. Now we require confirmation from the customer before we ship it out. It's a great system and saves us providing back up toner to customers that they store on-site, essentially improving the P&L on our every account.
