Photizo Asia Pacific MPS Conference, Sydney, AUSTRALIA, 1 November 2011: Fuji Xerox Printer Channel has announced the launch of its Certified Alliance Partner Program, signing Signature Software, the leading Australian provider of business management software solutions for the Managed Services Channels, as its first Platform Partner.

The Certified Alliance Partner Program has been developed in response to increasing demand from channel partners for MPS solutions which integrate with existing management and business process software used by channel. It aims to create a community of technology partners in Managed Services who will collaborate in developing true end-to-end managed services platforms across all areas of a channel business.

“We recognise the importance of an open platform for full solution integration in enabling our channel partners to fully leverage the MPS opportunity that lies ahead. We also recognise that integration needs to be seamless,” said Thomas Dijohn, General Manager, Strategic Projects, Fuji Xerox Printer Channel Asia Pacific.

“The Certified Alliance Partner Program creates a best-in-class MPS eco-system through forming strategic alliances with key partners in managed services, both from a platform and business perspective.”

“As the industry’s leading provider of business management software solutions for the Managed Services Channel, Signature Software was an obvious choice and we are pleased to have them on board as our first platform partner,” he said.

At the heart of the Signature Software offering is its integrated business management software solution (ICE) which has been designed specifically with the needs of the imaging and office automation industry in mind. Bringing together a number of core management systems such as supply chain, assets, service and customer management, through integration with the Fuji Xerox PagePack MPS program, ICE can help channel partners streamline disparate processes, such as meter reading and invoicing, in turn helping channel partners optimise business efficiency.

Rhonda Svennson, Managing Director, Signature Software, says the company is excited to align itself with Fuji Xerox Printer Channel.

“Signature Software has a long history in providing software and support services to businesses in the office automation distribution channel. Our goal has always been to develop solutions which underpin our customer’s growth and help make running their business easier.

“We are excited by the opportunities that our new partnership with Fuji Xerox Printer Channel affords and very proud to be selected as the region’s first member of the Certified Alliance Partner Program.”

Fuji Xerox Printer Channel is a platinum sponsor of the Photizo Asia Pacific MPS Conference to be held in Sydney from October 31 to November 1, 2011. The theme for this year’s event is ‘The Year of the Channel’, recognising the significant role that the channel plays in driving MPS program adoption in the SMB market.
