EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - Mayor Weinzapfel announced a new agreement to reduce the cost of printing and copying within the different city departments.

Right now, the city leases or owns almost 200 copiers and printers from 16 different manufacturers.

Mayor Jonathan Weinzapfel said under the new agreement, the machines will be replaced with units that combine copying, printing and faxing, saving the city nearly $50,000 a year, and reducing the use of paper and ink.
