Aficio™SP 100 e/SP 100SU e/SP 100SF e – Ricoh Launches its Smallest B/W A4 Laser Printer and Two New Extremely Compact Laser MFPs
Amstelveen, The Netherlands, November 2012 – Ricoh Europe (Netherlands) B.V. has launched the Aficio™SP 100 e/SP 100SU e/SP 100SF e, three new laser devices. The SP 100 e is an extremely small A4 laser B/W printer, with a height of only 12 cm. The SP 100SU e and SP 100SF e are reliable laser multifunctional products (MFPs) which provide print, copy and scan functions from the convenience of a desktop. They too are extremely compact, with heights of only 16 and 20 cm respectively. With their compact size, low purchase price and All-in-One toner, these devices are ideal for the small office/home office environment.

Connectivity is fast and simple via the standard USB 2.0 connection. The scanner function on the SP 100U e and SP 100SF e includes full colour, high-speed scanning (7.9 seconds/sheet) at a resolution of up to 600 x 600 dpi. ID Card Copy is a standard function, which enables both sides of an ID card (like a driver’s licence or passport) to be printed on one page after scanning both sides. This makes the device particularly suitable for businesses like travel agencies. The SP 100SF e also offers a fast fax function through SuperG3 A4 Fax with a modem speed of 33.6 kbps and 100 speed dials.
As with all Ricoh products, reducing environmental impact is important. The Aficio™SP 100 e/SP 100SU e/SP 100SF e have environmentally responsible and money-saving features such as Toner Save and (manual) duplexing. In addition, these devices are Energy Star compliant, meaning less CO2 is produced in providing the energy needed to run them.
The Aficio™SP 100 e/SP 100SU e/SP 100SF e are the latest additions to Ricoh’s range of digital office equipment. Ricoh currently manufactures one of the most extensive line-ups of printers, copiers, faxes and multifunctional devices, as well as software solutions.
