I have a customer with a AF2035 with fax option. The customer has faxes coming in at night with confidential data. They want to hold the faxes at night so they do not print. Is this somehow possible?

Yes, it can be stored in the Doc Server using the SAF memory in the server. You accessed thru user tools. Its there but I have not use it to date.
Instructions for storing faxes rather than printing them starts on page 185 of the Fax Advanced Features manual.

Agreed, I have acouple of customers using the storing method for faxes. You can even have an access code if you don't want everyone to have access to the stored faxes. But...as Ronda stated, you must have the print/scan option on the machine. Also welcome Ronda to the p4photel.com. We look forward to more posts from new members.
