TeleApps, a trusted technology partner for corporate and customer communications solutions, has launched a tailored one-stop shop IT&T and managed services offering for Australian SME businesses.

TeleApps has been providing corporate telephony, contact centre and networking-based solutions for more than ten years to medium and large sized enterprises and has a customer base of more than 100 customers in Australia.  Traditionally, the company has focused on providing vendor agnostic solutions in these areas and will now use this industry experience in launching a suite of IT&T solutions along with a fully managed help desk for small and medium businesses.

Specifically, the company is offering small and medium businesses with less than 250 users expertise and solutions in telephony, unified communications, collaboration, corporate networking, security, telco, internet services, WAN, contact centre and IT services.   It will support these solutions offerings with its specialist skills and strategic partnerships.

As Sreeni Raghavan, Managing Director, TeleApps, explains, “The rise of cloud computing has ushered in big changes for small business. No longer limited to using in-house IT resources or expensive external organisations, businesses are able to mix and match internal and external platforms and services to meet their particular requirements.  With most businesses in Australia being small businesses, our packaged service solutions will enable customers to focus on their core business.”

According to the Deloitte Access Economics Report – Connected Small Business 2017* report, there are more than 2.1 million small and medium-sized businesses in Australia.  These small businesses have traditionally had to scope out their IT&T requirements, assess a range of vendors, test and then deploy company-wide.  The flexibility of the TeleApps managed services offering creates a range of options for small businesses allowing them to create
IT&T solutions which best matches their specific requirements.

TeleApps partners with vendors including Avaya, Aruba, Extreme Networks, Microsoft, Mitel, Sonus and Telstra as well as other solutions partners to customise solutions and managed services for individual customers.

Being a small Australian-based company itself, TeleApps understands the challenges faced by Australian SME businesses. Rather than imposing a particular vendor’s product onto an individual customer, TeleApps conducts a thorough audit and analysis of the customer’s business, its current technology situation and future growth plans.

Matter experts design best-of-breed solution options that meet the specific needs of the customer’s business.  TeleApps partners with other vendors in a one-stop approach to provide specialist solutions such as cabling, audio-visual, internet services, and telephony services along with fully managed services. TeleApps also offers the choice of OPEX-based monthly payment and pay-per-use option for most of these services.

“To thrive in today’s rapidly evolving marketplace, small businesses must completely rethink their approach to technology. There's an urgent need to harness emerging devices, software and services while at the same time extracting maximum value from existing investments.

“While, there will never be a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to the adoption of IT&T in a cloud computing world, by carefully evaluating available options, we can ensure our customers deploy the most appropriate solution for their individual needs.  We look forward to supporting small businesses as they maximise and manage the opportunities afforded by digital disruption,” says Raghavan.
