Savin C3210SP (Aficio 1232SP)
Installed: 6/9/03
Color meter 1 per color development.
On 8/27/03
B&W: 38,877 (mo. average 14,649)
Color: 22,428 (mo. average 8,451)

8/27: Color waste toner full, this is the 2nd time. Be sure to have service empty this regularly, or leave an empty cartridge with the client so they can change when full.

7/25: Color waste toner full.

7/8: Jamming from LCT - drawer sensor out of place.

Update - 10/17/2003

Black Developments: 62,883
Color Developments: 30,477

- no issues to speak of yet, I just make sure and empty the waste toner about every three weeks..... maybe the issue with these is that they need to be run harder than Ricoh suggests, perhaps low volume is what causes problems! Wink
HOLY COW! They promised they wouldn't do this when I sold them this machine.

11/17/2003 (Installed 6/6/03 meter at 0)

Black Dev. 80,979 (Average @ 15,400/mo)
Color Dev. 34,650 (Average @ 6,600/mo)

Development unit defect evident at this time. (Expected yield 120,000) We now have to upgrade the firmware and replace the DV unit. According to our Serv Mgr Roll Eyes there has been yet a second design change. ~~~ Otherwise, all has been well, I wonder how it will be after two years if this volume keeps up Eek
