I am trying to find the magazine article that quoted an IKON Exec as saying that if you were a small business that you were better off buying from a local dealer. Can anyone out there help me get my hands on it?
I did a search here but didn't find it.

In light of this discussion, I'm sure you all will groan or laugh at this one. I came home one night from work, and in the driveway of the house two doors down was a IKON delivery truck! The new resident was an IKON delivery driver, and he got to take the truck home with him at night instead of driving back to wherever his loading facility was. How would you like to have that thing sitting in your neighborhood every night for a year?! (He's thankfully no longer with IKON - now he drives a food delivery truck LOL).

Oh, sidenote with a lesson to be learned?: when I met my neighbor, I told him where I worked. HIS face fell - he had heard of our dealership and knew how good we were. <Insert evil chuckle> That's right, IKON. You can run scared of a dealer for a change.
