A client sent an image to Plotbase from AutoCad via the HDI Driver and via WinPrint. It would print correctly on an HP Printer. We could view the entire image "correctly and completely" in the Plotbase viewer.

However, regardless of where we printed the image on a sheet OR how large the image was on the sheet OR where the image was placed on the sheet OR whether the margin sizes were changed in AutoCad OR whether we rotate the image, the tail edge of the image was being cut off.

Our systems integrator and mainframe technician are miffed...and so am I.

Thoughts???

That's next.

The reason we hadn't tried it yet is because we could see the entire image in the Plotbase viewer so it seemed that our HDI and WinPrint Drivers were communicating the image correctly.

Another thing we're trying...an image from an application other than AutoCad that uses the WinPrint Driver
