Re: Ricoh Aficio 240w
We've had a Lanier 310 for a week now and we love it. It is a Ricoh
240w with a Lanier sticker on it, literally. The 240w is not meant to
take the place of an OCE (8-10 E size ppm) or higher volume
printer/copier. It is a lower volume machine and it's perfect for
cranking out check sets and final sets for us (smaller firm). Its
bigger brother the 470w doubles the output speed to 4ppm E size. Figure
out what your volume would be and it will lead you to the right machine.
It really changed our workflow coming from plotters (constantly
changing rolls, slow plots, etc). Good scans, good copies, good prints,
good software, etc. 2 roll option is recommended.
